Christmas Card 1

Don't you think it is about time I updated my blog with some Christmas cards?  lol   The image on this cards is called "Pattieboop & Ali Ornament" from Patties Creations on CDAC.  Image was colored with pencils and the bg was sent to me from a friend.   I used this card in a "Tag Your It" challenge on Cardcamp.     Hope to be back later with another card or two

Anniversary Card

The card I have added today is the Anniversary Card I made for my DH on our 53rd Wedding Anniversary.     For this card I have used: Image & Word Art from Nana Vics Digitals---Distress Ink(old paper) around the image---colored with pencils and CS from my stash put through the Swiss Dot cuttlebug folder using my sizzix.

Halloween Card

Good afternoon --It sure has been awhile since I have posted on my blog but I hope to do better.
     Challenge I am entering this card in is-----Pattie's Creations   -----  Anything goes
For this card I used---Image from Pattie's Creations, BG paper from Osten Wilkins-Spooktacular kit,    colored image with pencils, and from my stash I used --spiderweb hair or whatever you call it.

Pumpkin Patch

Good afternoon friends.   It sure is a rainy and windy day here but you know what it sure is better than snow.  lol lol    Supplies for this card:  Image-Shellysimages on CDAC -- with a brayer i used Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves ink on white paper then cut out leaves with a leave punch and scrunched them up --colored the pumpkins with pencils and sponged the outside edge of the cs with Mandarin Blush Radiant Pearls.
                

Fashion

This is my card for the Fashion Card Swap over at Cardcamp.    Cardstock and lace came from my stash-bg paper came from a digi kit I have on my computer and image came from the net.

Sunflower Card

Here is my card for the Flower Swap on Cardcamp.  What I used for this card: Sunflower stamp-All night media--Nesty cut for me by my friend Judie--bg paper-from a digi kit -Sd-Autumn Fest Papers --Ribbon and dark brown cs from my stash -- colored with pencils.

Pansy Card

Wow it's been a long time since I have updated my blog.   It is just soooo hot.    I will try to do better this month.     This card is for a swap I'm in called Pretty Pansies.       The pansies image is from Fred She Said -used the swiss dot cuddlebug folder, the frame around the Pansies are from Linda Walton's acrylic frames-colored with pencils and the CS from my stash.

Sunflower

Happy Wednesday to all my friends.   This card I did for The Color Challenge over at CDAC--the colors were to be Green,yellow & cream.  It doesn't look it but the color of the cs behind the sunflower is dark green. lol. The cream is the color of the card which you don't see in the scan.   What is going on.  The sunflower is a digi from "priscillastyles" 

Papertearing Holiday Card

Well today I wanted to do a holiday card so came up with this one as I needed to do papertearing for one of the challenges I wanted to get into.   What I used for this card was: Radiant Pearls-Christmas Rose tapped on the white card & CS behind the holiday image, background paper was from CariLopez-Christmas Miracle Kit,stamp from Annticipations,Brads from my stash and I colored the image with pencils.

Oh my--Didn't scan this straight again.     Anywaywe (my granddaughter Arliya & I) did this card for "Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #54" over at "priscillastyles" and also the "Simon Says Challenge"    The image came from Lena at OWH,the nestie my friend Judie cut out for me, and the rest came from my stash and believe me I have a huge stash. lol

I did this card for color challenge over at CDAC and as you can see the color was Pink. lol
For this card I used: Image from Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps, bg paper from CB-miss kitty papers,nesting mats from Penny Duncan, dragon flies from The card connection,painted the card front & between the 2 nesting mats with Radiant Pearls-Wisteria which doesn't show the brightness  in the scan and colored the cat with my pencils.    This really was a challenge for me so I would really like to know what you think of my card.      Thanks for coming by and please come again.

Birthday Card for Challenge

Today's card I did for a Challenge on Crafters Digital Art Center.  I sure had fun working on this "Birthday Whimsy challenge".    Hmmmm don't know why my scanner didn't show all the yellow card. The image is from Michelle Perkett, blue background paper i did on the computer,used colored pencils to color the flowers & yellow glitter pen for the flame & center of the flowers, punched out a few balloons to finish it off.

Today I made a birthday  card for a friend and of course it is going to be late.  Not being very good this year with my birthday cards being on time.   
What i used for this card is--Metallic CS from DCWV,polka dot cuttlebug folder, Happy Birthday stamp from Hero Arts, Image from Fred She Said.

Puppy & Kitty Card

Well I just thought this was the cutest image so I wanted to see what I could come up with and here it is.  My friend Judie made the flowers for me,the image I got from CCC, the nesting mats are from Penny Duncan and the CS and ribbon is from my stash.

Missed Your Birthday

Our friends birthday was June 28th and again we missed it.  Just had to try and come up with a card that will have him forgive us. lol  Now i just have to come up with something for the inside.  
For this card I used:   polka dot cuttlebug folder on brownish CS from my stash, nesting mats from Penny Duncan,image from my graphic file, distress ink around nesting mat & Royal Coat Dimensional Magic for the tears & puddle.

This card is for my very first blog challenge.  The theme over at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long is - Very Vintage. I found this 3D vintage image  on the computer. CS is from my stash.  Now I must try and get it over to that site. lol   Hope I can do it without screaming for help. lol

Friendship 3D

For today's card I thought I would do a Friendship 3D card.  I found this Seeds of Friendship on the net and the background cs I had in my stash.   It's getting way to hot to stay up here on my desktop so am going downstairs now and maybe play on my laptop--Much cooler downstairs. lol

Today my card is a Graduation card for a boy in the neighborhood who's parents are having a graduation party for him on Sat.      Had time to play today as it is a cold and rainy day here--when i am wearing a sweatshirt you know it is cold. lol   But i still haven't shut the windows yet.

Emma In The Strawberry Patch

For today's card I used FSS Emma in the Strawberry Patch digi stamp colored with pencils,background paper I did in Photoshop Elements and the Nesting Mat I got from Penny Duncan who did some nesting mat's for me in JPG form(I don't have a cutting machine so I asked Penny if they could be done in jpg,png and she was so kind and did them for me) Now I can hand cut them or use them in PSE.

Missing You

For today's card I thought I would make a black and white card using this silhouette image I got from the net.    First layer is the white card then the black CS run thru the cuddlebug then the Missing You,silhouette printed out the size I wanted.     Hope you like it

I did these 2 cards the other day and they were so easy.   The Carnation is from Fred She Said colored with pencils.  As you can see the CS  was done with the dots cuddlebug folder.   Love the FSS digi stamps.

Anniversary 3D

This is the Anniversary card I made for our son and daughter in law.   How I did this card was in PSE layered the bg paper with the tulip trio then printed out the tulips 2 more times & cut out, raised them with dimensional tape.  Background paper is from Scrap Girls-VRA-Dresden Blue Kit.  The Image is from Fred She Said, colored with pencils and markers, CS from my stash.

Image Challenge

Once I got my thought process going this was an easy card to make. What I used was: cuddlebug dots folder for the green CS, used PSE to get the color for the paper from the middle of the flower, Linda Waltons green acrylic square frame and the image from ccc image challenge.
 Hmmmmm looks like my scanner needs to be cleaned. lol

Mhead 3D

This card I used for my April Express Yourself in CCC.  I just love these images that I found on the net.
CS and background paper I had in my stash also used one of the punches I have that I don't use very often.  I have way to much stuff that I don't use very often (hmmmm me thinks I should start using what I have before buying anything else)

The word for the April Word Challenge in CCC was Happy so this is what I came up with.  My Happy Birthday Cuddlebug folder came in handy for this card.   Ribbon and CS  I had in my stash--not sure where I got the 3D image.
