Anniversary 3D

This is the Anniversary card I made for our son and daughter in law.   How I did this card was in PSE layered the bg paper with the tulip trio then printed out the tulips 2 more times & cut out, raised them with dimensional tape.  Background paper is from Scrap Girls-VRA-Dresden Blue Kit.  The Image is from Fred She Said, colored with pencils and markers, CS from my stash.
